As both Construction Manager and a General Contractor, Catcord Construction™ is very active in the bid process and puts in place millions of dollars of construction work each year. This participation in the local construction market affords Catcord Construction a familiarity with the local trade contractors that is hard to match. This will be valuable during the entire construction process, but at no time more valuable than during the public bidding process if preconstruction services are elected, when it will be the responsibility of the Construction Manager to make recommendation regarding the Lowest Responsible Bidders on the Project. Catcord Construction's Principals are local residents, active in their respective communities.
