Being accurate doesn't happen by accident. CatCord achieves accuracy as a result of applying strict disciplines and time-tested practices to all phases of the construction management project. We never cut corners or rely on outdated information to prepare cost estimates, project schedules, and task implementation procedures.
Nobody likes to wait. That's why CatCord makes a concerted effort and commitment to responding quickly to client and design team member's requests. Being responsive means having the courage to say "I don't know, but I'll find out and get back to you", and actually meaning it and doing it.
Commercial construction projects can be complex, but…they don't need to be complicated. CatCord endeavors to assist our clients and partners to become better educated and informed about their project.
