Performed Construction Management Service for this base building and interior fit-out of a new 10,000 sq. ft. restaurant. Including demolition of existing bar/restaurant, which was kept open through the duration of this project. This 2 million dollar project was phased and completed in time for the pre-season football deadline and had a cost savings of 3.75% of the original budgeted amount.
